Local rivers and streams appear to be at normal levels.  No standing water in local fields or low areas.  Farmers are in the fields.  Local construction projects appear to be back to normal schedules. Our Maple tree is now full with leaves and our Magnolia trees are leafing and budding.  Our flowers are growing very well. The grass is very green, thick, and growing very well. The ground has a good amount of moisture.
