We are experiencing normal to slightly above normal precipitation in this area at present. Fields are soggy but not flooded, with no impact or very little impact to daily activities for most people in the area. We are all hoping for better May weather, but local reservoirs, streams, rivers, ponds and lakes, etc., are full and the ground water table is re-charging. I have heard no complaints about wells going dry. Fire danger is thankfully very low. Everything is blooming and very green and lush at present. Could be worse!
